I think Gotham has various other opportunities and training classes, but yeah you have to be able to hold some basic level of skill in volleyball to even join the beginner league.

The main purpose of Gotham is to promote the development and enjoyment of the sport of volleyball among the gay and lesbian community in particular, as well as the general populace.
